Note from the Artist: Saint Joseph is traditionally depicted with a Lily to symbolize his purity. For this reason, there are lilies incorporated into the design on the border. The stars on his cloak symbolize one of the names attributed to St. Joseph in his Litany: Light of Patriarchs.
