Shipping policy

Once an order is received, please allow up to 2-5 business days for it to be processed and shipped out. We ship from Colorado Springs, CO and offer various shipping options. Shipping costs will be dependent upon the option selected by consumer.

Please confirm your shipping information is correct at the time of purchase, we cannot guarantee any updates on incorrect address' once your order has been placed, since orders go to our warehouse for processing in real time. January Jane Shop cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages due to inaccuracies.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for orders is a flat rate of $7.95.

We offer FREE domestic shipping for all orders over $150.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If a package does not arrive, is damaged, or is lost in transit, please notify us within 30 days of shipping so we can assist you to the best of our ability.
